Our warranty period lasts 1 year. For an extension of another year, create an account (link to account page) and send us an email to email@example.com.
To be eligible for a return during the warranty period, the following conditions apply:
- your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it
- your item proves clear manufacturing faults
If the latter is the case it is necessary to include pictures of the faulty item for us to approve the return.
Valid manufacturing faults are:
- leaks that are a result of a local thinner part in the foil
Manufacturing faults do not include:
- leaks as a result of overheating
- leaks as a result of brute force or contact with sharp objects
In certain cases partly refunds are applicable. If your case doesn't fall under the above stated conditions you can still receive a partly refund. We will decide individually on each case. After you followed the steps in our Returns Center you will receive an email with an information about the kind of refund you're eligible for.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Items that have been purchased with a coupon code, are, if applicable, eligible for a refund in the amount of the individual paid price.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. The above conditions have to be met. You can exchange an unopened and unused item if you want another item of the same worth. To issue an exchange go through the steps in our Return Center.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping items worth more than 90$ you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
