Can I heat my moor pillow in the oven?

We would advise against this. Experience has shown that it often succumbs to the oven. If at all possible, heat it in the microwave or in a pot of hot water.

Where is the best place to store my moor cushion?

This may sound strange, but the best place to store your bog pillow is in the refrigerator. If you store it here, it will have a very long life. Why? Over time, the moisture slowly evaporates through the film, so it becomes drier over time. However, if it is stored in a cool place, this process slows down considerably, so you can add about an extra year of life. In addition, when stored in the refrigerator, it is ready to use for cold therapy at any time and will help you if you have a headache or want to cool swelling.

Can I put it in the freezer?

We wouldn't recommend that. We have found that the foil often does not survive freezing unscathed.

How do I warm the moor pillow for the neck and shoulders?

The easiest and quickest way to heat your moor pillow is in the microwave. To do this, fold it once so that it looks like a small tower. When you heat it up for the first time, we recommend working your way up the heating time slowly. Start with a minute, then take it out, turn it over, or better yet, refold it. Now heat it for another minute. Repeat the twisting and folding process, now doing it in 20 second increments. Feel the temperature again and again by placing your hand on the heating pad for at least 5 seconds. Make a note of how long you finally heated it for. The next time you heat it up, you simply take this total time and divide it into two halves, in the middle of which you turn it over and refold it so that the heat is distributed particularly evenly. If you don't have a microwave, you can also heat it up in a water bath. To do this, take a larger pot, fill it with water and then place your MOQY moor cushion in it. Feel free to fold it to make it fit better. Adjust the heat so that the water begins to simmer gently, so you should see small bubbles. As soon as it boils, remove the pot from the heat and let it bathe in it for about 10 minutes.

How do I use it in cold therapy?

The shape of the moor pillow for the neck and shoulders is surprisingly suitable for relieving headaches during cold therapy because it covers the forehead and temples at the same time. To do this, take it out of the fridge, lie down and enjoy how the pleasant coolness relieves your pain. But it's not just headaches and migraines that can be relieved with cold, bruises also benefit from it. However, our mud pillow for the back & back is suitable for bruises. Stomach is more suitable as it can be attached to the affected area with the cover with strap and you don't have to hold it there all the time.

Is there a tracking code?

For national shipping in Germany, you will receive a tracking code by email as soon as we hand over your package to DHL.

Unfortunately, when shipping to other EU countries, there is currently only a tracking code for the "DHL Paket International" option, which we also send to you by email.

How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping within Germany and the EU zone is free. The gift version is excluded in the EU area, where shipping costs of €8.49 apply.

Warranty & Exchange

What warranty is there and how can I use it?

We offer a replacement guarantee for the first year from the date of purchase. If your moor cushion breaks in the first year, send us an email to:

Please enter your order number here (you can find it in the order confirmation email), the date of purchase, a picture of the no longer so beautiful moor cushion and a short description of what happened.

We will then send you a free replacement pillow. You don't have to do anything else here. You can dispose of the broken moor cushion in the household waste.

Are there any warranty restrictions if I live abroad?

In principle, we also offer the exchange guarantee if you live in an EU country outside of Germany. However, there are additional shipping costs of €5.99.

How long can I return my moor pillow?

You can return your moor cushion free of charge for 100 days.

In order for us to send you a free return label, all we need is your order number (you can find this in the order confirmation email) and the reason for your return request (this helps us to improve our product and offer).

Within 24 hours you will receive a PDF with the returns label, which you can now print out and take to a DHL acceptance point.

As soon as we receive the moor cushion, you will receive the full purchase price back.

Where do I take my return?

You can bring your return to any DHL acceptance station in Germany. You can find possible collection points near you here:

Is return shipping free abroad?

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs for return shipping from abroad.

How does returning from abroad work?

We will then send you the address for the return shipping.

You can then send the moor cushion back to us using a shipping service provider of your choice. Unfortunately we cannot cover the costs for this.

As soon as the moor cushion has arrived, you will receive a refund of the full purchase price excluding shipping costs.
