Can I only heat the moor pillow for neck and shoulders in the microwave?

The best option is actually to heat it in the microwave. Folded three times, it fits snugly and is ready for use after just a few minutes.

If you don't have a microwave, heating in a water bath is also suitable. All you need is a larger pot and hot water. As soon as the water boils, your moor pillow will warm up in about a minute.

How long does the heating take?

Gentle heating with a few breaks for turning and kneading takes approx. 3 - 4 minutes in the microwave. It always depends on whether your moor cushion was previously in the refrigerator or whether it was reheated after use, for example. We have defined exact times and application tips in the enclosed instructions.

What about heating in the oven?

We strongly advise against heating it in the oven because we have found that the foil does not tolerate the intense heat of the oven well and this significantly reduces the lifespan of your moor cushion.

Where is the best place to store it?

The best storage place is the refrigerator. Due to the cool climate, the natural evaporation process is slowed down and it remains functional and flexible for as long as possible.

What can I use it for?

The moor heating pad for neck and shoulders is, as the name suggests, best suited for tension in the neck area. This is especially beneficial if you work a lot in front of a screen and can even prevent pain. But the warmth in the morning also helps to loosen up the tensions from the night and start the day warmed up.

If you store it in the refrigerator, it is always ready to be used as a cooling pad. Although it is less flexible than the blue gel compresses you know, the cold lasts longer and is perceived as more pleasant. The shape of the pillow is particularly suitable for headaches as it also covers the temples. You can also use it for bruises or inflammation all over the body. Depending on the part of your body, you may have to fix it with a band or socks.

What if I don't like it?
